1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the acs67 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). These Terms apply to all services, websites, applications, and related content of acs67.

acs67 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform offering casino games, sports betting, and live casino services for players in Bangladesh. Although these Terms are written in Bengali, in the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on acs67 and use any game or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited. acs67 may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found operating multiple accounts, acs67 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all deposits and winnings.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in failed account verification and suspended withdrawals.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify acs67 support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, acs67 may request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your national ID card or passport) at any time. Failure to submit documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspended withdrawals.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

acs67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of fraud, rule violations, or suspicious activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Currently accepted payment methods on acs67 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal time: processed within 1 hour

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before submitting a withdrawal request. To withdraw a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirements must be met. acs67 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions or rule violations.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on acs67 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion fees apply.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at acs67, you receive a 100% first-deposit bonus up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and you get ৳1,000 in bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies only once per registered account.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• acs67 reserves the right to amend the terms of specific promotions.
• No bonus may be converted to cash until wagering is complete.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All game providers on acs67 (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others) use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG). This ensures that every game outcome is completely unbiased.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical malfunction or server issue, acs67 follows a policy of refunding the relevant bet amount. Claims holding acs67 responsible for losses due to technical errors will not be accepted unless confirmed by verifiable server logs.

6.3 Collusion & Software Assistance Prohibited

Colluding with other players, using automated betting software, bots, or any artificial assistance is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acs67:

• Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting money laundering.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to interfere with the website's security systems.
• Artificially changing identity or creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.
• Harassing other members or displaying offensive behavior.
• Attempting to modify the platform's system or code.
• Employing any method to dishonestly influence betting outcomes.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, acs67 will immediately suspend the account and take legal action if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the acs67 website — logos, branding materials, software, text, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of acs67 or its associated game providers. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials commercially without prior written permission is prohibited by law.

Members receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

acs67 always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, acs67 will bear no legal liability in the following cases:

• Issues with games or bets caused by internet disconnection or an unstable connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third parties (game providers, banks, mobile payment services).
• Account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical malfunctions or cyberattacks.

Under no circumstances will acs67's maximum liability exceed the equivalent of that member's net deposits over the last 30 days.

10. Amendments & Termination

10.1 Right to Amend

acs67 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the site for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered automatic acceptance of the new Terms.

10.2 Member's Right to Close Account

10.3 Severability

If any clause of these Terms becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
